Bambu Lab TPU for AMS is a flexible filament that runs smoothly through the AMS and AMS lite. So you get TPU flexibility, but with the convenience of multicolor and automatic material switching. This makes it ideal for projects where you want to combine soft areas, cushioning, or grip with crisp details and neat color changes.
This TPU has been developed to exhibit less stringing than many standard TPUs. As a result, you get cleaner edges and require less finishing. With a Shore hardness of 68D, the material is strong and tough, yet still flexible. Think of protective covers, bumpers, clips, shock absorbers, sports accessories, and parts that need to take a beating.
Drying is important for consistent quality. Dry the filament before use and keep it dry during printing (preferably < 20% RH, sealed with desiccant). The roll is 1 kg and has a reusable high-temperature spool. Printing is possible at high speed (up to < 250 mm/s) with a 0.4/ 0.6/ 0.8 mm nozzle. A 0.2 mm nozzle is not recommended.
