Bambu Lab TPU 85A is the softest TPU in the Bambu range. This filament is made for prints that need to flex and spring back. Think of protective sleeves, bumpers, soft dampers, and parts that need to absorb impact. In Light Cyan, your model gets a fresh, bright color that stands out well without being garish.
TPU 85A is known for its high elongation and resilience. The material is tough and can take a lot of abuse. This makes it suitable for functional parts that you often grip or press. It is also a great choice for squishy fidget toys or soft cushion elements. Dry filament is important for a stable print. Therefore, store it airtight with desiccant and preferably print in a dry environment.
This variant comes with a spool and contains 1 kg of filament with a diameter of 1.75 mm. The spool is made of ABS and is heat-resistant up to 90 °C. Bambu recommends a larger nozzle (0.6 or 0.8 mm) and a low retract for TPU 85A. This prevents jamming and keeps the feed smooth.
