Description Raspberry Pi Touch Display 2 - 10 inch
The Raspberry Pi Touch Display 2 is an official touchscreen. The screen is 10.1 inches. It works with the Raspberry Pi 5 and Compute Modules.
The screen has 1200 × 1920 pixels. It is in portrait mode by default. This is useful for menus, dashboards, and information panels.
You operate the screen with your fingers. It recognizes up to ten touches simultaneously. Raspberry Pi OS includes the correct drivers. The system also displays a keyboard on the screen. Therefore, a separate mouse or keyboard is often not necessary.
The display uses an IPS panel. This provides a wide viewing angle. The matte finish limits distracting reflections. The brightness is 400 cd/m².
You connect the screen using two cables. The ribbon cable goes to the DSI port. The other cable supplies power via the GPIO pins. Both cables are included.
You can use the screen for many projects. Think of a control panel, media system, or custom-built tablet. It also pairs well with a narrow information display.
