The Bambu Lab Automatic Conveyor Feeder automatically feeds long materials through your R1 laser cutter. This allows you to process workpieces that are longer than the standard working area. Think of long nameplates, panels, and furniture parts. The feeder is designed for the Bambu Lab R1 with Riser Base.
The system moves the material through the machine during machining. The maximum material length depends on the mounted guide rails. With three additional Guide Rail Extension sets, you can achieve a machining area of up to 600 × 3,000 mm. These extension sets are separate accessories.
You mount and remove the feeder when switching between long and standard workpieces. You need the Riser Base for installation and use. The R1, Riser Base, and additional rail extensions are not included in this separate accessory. Therefore, check which parts you already have before expanding the setup.
With this expansion, the R1 setup changes to laser class 4. This procedure requires suitable CO₂ laser safety glasses and trained professional users. Follow the installation manual and the safety regulations for automatic material handling.
