PolyLite™ PLA Black from Polymaker is a premium PLA filament. It is designed for consistent performance and reliable printing results. This 1.75mm black filament is optimized for ease and efficiency in use, making it ideal for hobbyists and professionals alike. With a density of 1.17 g/cm3 and a melting temperature of 150°C, it offers excellent flow properties and strong layer adhesion, resulting in smooth and durable prints.

The mechanical properties include a high tensile strength of 52.3 MPa in the XY direction and a flexural modulus of 3230.9 MPa, which provides stiffness and durability to the printed objects. The Charpy impact strength of 3.3 kJ/m2 in the XY direction ensures good impact resistance. The filament has a limited elongation at break, indicating the solid and stable nature of the material under stress.

PolyLite™ PLA is not resistant to weak or strong acids and alkalis, which is important to consider when choosing applications. It is crucial to use the filament within the recommended printing parameters: a nozzle temperature of 190-230 °C and a bed temperature of 40 °C, to ensure optimal results.
