Description Formlabs Form 4 Finish Kit

The Formlabs Form 4 Finish Kit contains tools for manual finishing. You use the set to remove, rinse, and finish prints. Two rinse tanks and a rinse basket form the basis for washing. The tools fit the Form 4 workflow.

The build platform holder helps when detaching a PCB. Use the removal tool to remove parts from the platform. Side cutters are intended for removing supports. The set also includes a squeeze bottle and disposable nitrile gloves. This way, you have the most important tools together.

Use a cleaning agent compatible with your resin for washing. Adhere to the prescribed washing time. Allow the parts to dry thoroughly after rinsing. Curing then follows according to the material instructions. The Finish Kit therefore does not replace every step of the finishing process.

Keep your tools in a fixed location and keep the rinsing steps clear. This helps if multiple people use the same printer. Also, check which parts belong to a specific resin. This set is a practical basis for manual operation. If you want automatic washing, you can expand the workflow with a Form Wash.
