Why post-processing is part of resin printing
A print from the machine is not yet ready for every application. First, remove the liquid resin remaining on the surface. Then, follow the advice for drying and curing. The material determines which steps are necessary.
Set up these steps simultaneously with your printer. This way, you know how much space and time the entire process requires. Also consider finishing supports and the desired appearance.
Form Wash for washing prints
Form Wash cleans prints with a suitable detergent. You set the time according to the recommendation for your resin. The machine agitates the liquid during washing. Afterwards, it removes the prints from the bath.
Compare Form Wash and Form Wash L based on your work. The size of the print is important in this regard. Multiple smaller parts may also require more space in the wash bath.
Form Cure for further curing
Form Cure uses light and heat to further cure prints. Follow the schedule for your material. Time and temperature depend on the resin and the desired properties.
