This board makes it easy to manage up to 12 individual touchpads. The MPR121 on this breakout board supports I2C only. Making it compatible with almost any microcontroller.
The sensor comes as a small, hard to solder chip. That's why it's placed on a breakout board. An LED has been added to the IRQ line. It flashes when touched, which makes debugging easier. The board comes fully assembled, with a strip of 0.1" headers. That way you can plug it into a breadboard.
