Description Grove Multichannel Gas Sensor V2
The Grove Multichannel Gas Sensor V2 provides stable and reliable gas detection function under various conditions . In addition to detecting carbon monoxide (CO), nitrogen dioxide (NO2), ethyl alcohol (C2H5CH), volatile organic compounds (VOC) and more, this sensor can detect a variety of gases . The main idea behind Grove is to simplify the process of building electronic circuits by eliminating the need for soldering or complex wiring. The gas sensor has 4 measuring units, each sensitive to different types of gases. This means that you can obtain four sets of data at a time. In addition, different types of gases can be identified from these four sets of data . The gas sensor used in this module is based on MEMS technology. Another advantage is that it has a small size. It also has considerable measurement stability and is more suitable for qualitative measurements than for quantitative measurements .
