Create basic freeform electronics projects with this complete starter kit!
Freeform electronics is an artistic way to create circuits. Instead of using a printed circuit board or breadboard as a base, we show you how to use copper wire to connect all the components together. (Don't know what a printed circuit board or breadboard is? Don't worry, we'll explain everything in the tutorial!)
This kit contains all the tools and components to create at least 6 different freeform projects. Each project consists of easy to solder electronics, making it suitable for beginners and experienced makers alike!
The supplied tools include a soldering iron, lead-free solder and round nose pliers with side cutters. Of course, the high-quality coated copper wire cannot be missing! For practical reasons, we chose a specific type of copper wire. The coating protects the copper wire from short circuits, but can easily be removed by heating the copper wire for one second with the soldering iron. There is therefore no need to scrape or sand the copper wire before soldering. This makes soldering the components onto the wire very easy. Another plus is that you can easily bend the copper wire to make grave objects.

These projects are fun and easy to make thanks to the online manual with tips and tricks. This set includes templates to create the right shape with the copper wire.
