Description Formlabs Resin Pump Maintenance Kit

The Formlabs Resin Pump Maintenance Kit contains replacement hoses for the Resin Pump. The set includes the internal pump hose and the transfer hose. The latter connects the pump to a 5-liter resin container. You use the set to maintain the resin supply system.

Hoses can wear out during use. As a result, the resin supply may slow down. Formlabs recommends replacement after six months. You must also replace the hoses when switching to a different type of resin. This ensures the material flow aligns with the new material.

Follow the installation manual for removing and installing the hoses. Then check the connections and the supply. A fixed maintenance schedule helps ensure these steps are not forgotten. This is especially practical if you produce many prints with bulk packaging.

This set does not contain a complete Resin Pump or resin. It is a maintenance item for an existing pump system. Check the version of your pump before ordering. With a suitable maintenance kit, you can renew the hose routing without replacing the entire system. Keep the material selection and maintenance date with your printer records.
