Description Formlabs Resin Pump (Form 4)

The Formlabs Resin Pump feeds resin from a 5-liter container to your printer. The system is designed for the Form 4 and Form 4L. You use it when processing larger quantities of resin. This reduces the need to change cartridges as often.

The pump system connects to Formlabs' supported bulk packaging. This is convenient for long jobs or a series of prints using the same material. You can organize the supply around one larger package. You select the resin itself separately based on your application.

Install the pump according to the manual. Check that the packaging and material are compatible with the system. Also take into account the hoses that transport the resin. These are part of the pump maintenance.

If you switch to a different type of resin, follow the prescribed procedure. This ensures the material route remains clear and clean. A separate maintenance kit is available for replacing hoses. This Resin Pump transports printing resin. You use a solvent pump to fill and empty a washbasin. These are two different accessories, each with its own function.
