Description Formlabs Form 4L Resin Tank

The Formlabs Form 4L Resin Tank is intended for large-format SLA printing. The tank contains the resin during the job. A flexible double-layer film supports the Low Force Display printing process. The included lid is reusable.

Use a separate tank for each resin type or color. This allows you to prepare the next material in advance. The lid stores resin outside the printer. You can also stack the tanks. This helps organize the different materials for your Form 4L.

Formlabs specifies a minimum of 75,000 print layers under the stated operating conditions. The number of print jobs can vary significantly. Model height and layer height determine how many layers a job requires. Therefore, monitor the usage and condition of the tank.

For printing, you also need a Form 4L Mixer. That mixer is a separate item. During maintenance, check the film and the other parts of the tank. Follow Formlabs' instructions for cleaning and storage. This large tank fits the Form 4L. The smaller Form 4 uses a different version.
