Description Formlabs Form 4 Build Platform

The Formlabs Form 4 Build Platform gives your prints a sturdy aluminum surface. The printer builds every part on this platform. You use it for the standard workflow of the Form 4. The platform is suitable for prototypes, models, and technical parts.

An extra build platform helps jobs align better. You remove a completed print from one platform. At the same time, you can prepare the other platform for a new job. This is useful when processing multiple designs in succession.

This version has a fixed aluminum print surface. You detach the parts using the appropriate tools. Do you want to be able to bend a plate to detach prints? Then choose the Form 4 Flex Build Platform. Both versions have their own method for removing parts.

Check that the platform is clean before each job. Also clean it when switching to a different resin. Follow Formlabs' instructions for this. This build platform is intended for the Form 4. For the larger Form 4L, you need the separate Form 4L Build Platform.
