Bambu Lab PLA Wood is PLA mixed with fine wood powder. This gives your prints a realistic wood look and a tangible, grainy texture. The result looks more like real wood than “wood-colored plastic”. Ideal for decorative prints, scale models, interior projects, and parts where the finish is important.
The Rosewood variant provides a warm, luxurious wood tone that is well-suited for visible applications. Think of nameplates, housings, decorative caps, handles, or display models. The wood filler gives the surface a natural look. You can also finish it as you would with PLA, for example, by lightly sanding for an even smoother finish.
This variant comes with a spool and contains 1 kg of filament with a diameter of 1.75 mm (± 0.03 mm). The spool is made of ABS and is heat-resistant up to 70 °C. Bambu recommends a nozzle temperature of 190–240 °C and a bed temperature of 35–45 °C. Preferably use a 0.4 mm nozzle or larger (0.6 mm and 0.8 mm are also supported). Store the filament airtight with desiccant and keep the humidity below 20% RH.
