Description Bambu Lab PLA Aero White With Spool 1KG
Bambu Lab PLA Aero White is a special PLA that expands at higher temperatures during printing. This creates small air pockets in the material. The result is a lower weight than standard PLA. Ideal if you want to keep a part as light as possible without immediately resorting to exotic materials.
This filament is designed for lightweight prints such as UAVs/drones, gliders, aerodynamic models, and test forms. White is a great color for visual work and prototypes. Details are clearly visible, and it is easy to post-process or mark up. The foam effect allows you to play with settings to control weight and appearance.
For a stable result, dry printing is important. Bambu recommends storage and printing below 20% RH, airtight with desiccant. For drying, preferably use a hot air dryer at 55°C (8 hours). If you are printing on an X1 series, you can also dry on the heatbed (65–75°C, 12 hours). This is the variant with a spool (1 kg, 1.75 mm).
