The AM2320 is a temperature & humidity sensor. It looks a lot like the popular DHT11, however the AM2320 comes with an I2C interface. This makes it a lot easier to work with the AM2320. The sensor has a humidity accuracy of approx. 3%. The temperature is accurate to approx. 0.5 °C.
