This is the 2-Channel CAN-BUS(FD) HAT for Raspberry Pi (MCP2518FD) from Seeed Studio. The CAN-BUS HAT supports the CAN FD protocol and supports transfer speeds up to 8Mbps . The board is 2-channel and communicates via the fast SPI interface. You can connect it directly to the 40-pin header of your Raspberry Pi and power it. There is also a screw terminal for an external 12-24V DC.
