It has a resolution of about 235 pixels per inch (800x480) on the 4.0" display. The display can display 18-bit color (262,144 colors). This screen has a capacitive touchscreen. This is more sensitive and responsive than a resistive touchscreen and even supports multi-touch. Everything comes fully assembled, and no soldering is required. You can use the screen with any Pi that has a 40-pin header.
