Bambu Lab TPU 90A is a flexible filament with greater hardness and structure. You print parts that can still bend, but hold their shape better than with softer TPU. This makes this filament suitable for applications where you need both flexibility and strength, such as soles, RC tires, protective parts, and wear-resistant components.
TPU 90A has a strong focus on durability. The material is wear-resistant and maintains its performance for a long time, even with repeated bending. Dry filament is important for a stable print. Store it airtight with desiccant and preferably print in a dry environment. This keeps the filament feed smoother and the layer build-up more consistent.
This variant comes with a spool and contains 1 kg of filament with a diameter of 1.75 mm. The spool is made of ABS and is heat-resistant up to 90 °C. Bambu recommends nozzle sizes of 0.4/ 0.6/ 0.8 mm.
