Bambu Lab TPU 85A is an extra flexible filament for prints that need to absorb impact, bend, and spring back. It is the softest TPU in the Bambu range. Ideal for protective edges, bumpers, soft dampers, and parts that are frequently pressed. Neon Orange is a bright color that is perfect for high-visibility parts, markings, or sports accessories.
TPU 85A is tough and resilient. The material can withstand a lot of stretch while remaining strong. This makes it suitable for functional parts that need to take a beating. Dry filament is important for a stable print. Store it airtight with desiccant and preferably print in a dry environment.
This variant comes with a spool and contains 1 kg of filament with a diameter of 1.75 mm. The spool is made of ABS and is heat-resistant up to 90 °C. Bambu recommends a larger nozzle (0.6 or 0.8 mm) and a low retract for TPU 85A. This ensures smooth filament feed.
