You process these plates using laser cutting and engraving. You get clean edges and neat details. The quality is consistent. The thickness is checked at 3 ± 0.25 mm. This helps with projects where parts need to fit well. It is also beneficial for series production, as there is less variation.
Each sheet has a protective film on both sides. This prevents scratches during transport and storage. Remove the film before laser cutting. Also ensure good ventilation. Acrylic can release harmful gases during laser processing. Preferably use extraction or an air purifier. And do not leave the laser running unattended.
