Polymaker has reorganized its product line. They are introducing two new brands: Panchroma and Fiberon . This restructuring makes it easier to choose the right materials. But what do these changes mean for you? And why do some filaments, such as PolyLite PETG , still keep their original name? In this article, we will explain all about Polymaker 's latest innovations .
The 3D printing market is growing rapidly and user needs are becoming more specific. Polymaker responds to this by structuring its product range into three categories:
This breakdown makes it easier to determine which filament is best suited for your project.
The Panchroma series replaces the old PolyTerra PLA line and offers many more possibilities. This filament is ideal for creators who want to give their prints a unique look.
Panchroma not only offers a wide color palette, but also consistent print quality. And it stays true to PolyTerra’s eco-friendly vision. The filament continues to come with recycled cardboard spools and a sustainable production method.
Fiberon is designed for functional and industrial applications. Fiberon filaments are reinforced with carbon fiber (CF) or glass fiber (GF). This provides an extra strong and wear-resistant filament.
With Fiberon, makers and engineers can print durable and functional parts affordably. No expensive industrial machinery is required, just a desktop 3d printer. In addition to the standard carbon fiber reinforced filaments, a recycled version is also released. This way you can combine strong and durable printing.
Not all Polymaker filaments have been renamed. PolyLite PETG and other standard materials such as ABS remain under the classic Polymaker name. These materials retain their original branding to avoid confusion.
Polymaker has deliberately chosen to make small changes such as Panchroma and Fiberon. All other filaments will keep their original name for now.
The restructuring makes it easier to choose the right filament:
This clear separation makes it easier to find the right filament. Instead of PolyMaker PolyTerra PLA Matte Grey it will now be Panchroma Matte Grey.
Polymaker has smartened up its product range with the introduction of Panchroma and Fiberon :
This new brand structure ensures that both creative and functional applications are better supported.
