Arduino Day is a global birthday celebration of Arduino. It is a 24-hour event – organized directly by the community or by Arduino founders – that brings people together to share their experiences and learn more about the open-source platform.
What is there to do?
Workshops:
During the day you can borrow an Arduino & parts from us. With this you can make projects like making a light blink or controlling a motor.
There are different projects for different levels & ages.
There are staff walking around to help you with any questions.
(Borrowing the parts is free , but we do ask for €5/driving license as a deposit. You will get this back when all parts are returned)
We have a number of laptops that can be programmed. This is probably not enough for everyone. It would be nice if you bring your own laptop.
Open day:
Using cool projects, we show you what you can do with an Arduino!
You can also admire a number of 3D Printers. We will show a number of products and sets. It is possible to buy an Arduino with accessories so that you can continue at home.
We have a few more plans, but that's all still a surprise!
