The XL4016 is a 180kHz fixed frequency PWM buck (step-down) DC/DC converter. It is suitable for driving a 12A load with high efficiency. The PWM control circuit can linearly adjust the duty ratio from 0 to 100%. An overcurrent protection function is built in. When a short protection function occurs, the operating frequency is reduced from 180KHz to 48KHz . An internal compensation block is built in to minimize the number of external components.
