PLA Carbon filament combines the user-friendliness of PLA with the strength of carbon fiber. This 1 kg roll of 1.75 mm ensures sturdy, stiff and light prints with a professional matte finish. The addition of carbon fiber makes the material extra dimensionally stable and wear-resistant, without compromising on ease of printing.
This filament prints smoothly without warping and does not require a heated print bed, although a bed temperature around 50–60 °C improves adhesion. The carbon fiber reinforcement produces stiff prints with sharp details, ideal for functional parts, mechanical prototyping, and design models.
The matte black, carbon-like look gives every print a technical and high-quality look. Due to the low distortion and minimal shrinkage it is also suitable for precision applications. Please note: due to the wear of the material, a hardened nozzle is strongly recommended.
