After a resin print, liquid resin remains on the surface. A washing step removes this layer. This is important for sharp details and a neat finish. Only after washing and drying should you proceed with curing. Use the wax liquid prescribed by Formlabs for each resin.
Prepare for the wash cycle before removing the part from the printer. Check the fluid level and the condition of the bath. A heavily soiled bath can leave resin on the part.
