Description Formlabs Form Studio Wash+Cure
The Formlabs Form Studio Wash+Cure combines washing and post-curing resin 3D prints in one compact device. You use the same unit for two steps of the post-processing. This keeps the workflow organized and saves space on your workbench.
Washing on the construction platform or in the basket
The removable washbasin provides space for parts on the build platform or in the internal basket. A fan moves the solvent around the prints, so that residual resin is removed.
After washing, you can lift the basket out of the solution and let the parts dry. This prevents prints from remaining in the detergent for an unnecessarily long time. The unit is suitable for IPA, TPM, and Formlabs Resin Washing Solution.
Even post-curing with 405 nm light
For post-curing, place the glass turntable in the chamber. The turntable rotates the parts under 405 nm light. This ensures even illumination.
Post-curing completes the reaction initiated during printing. Depending on the material, this improves strength, toughness, and heat resistance, among other things. Allow parts to dry completely and use the settings prescribed by Formlabs for the selected resin.
