The design matches the large build volume of the Form 4L. You can process one large model or detach multiple smaller parts. This helps with projects where you make good use of the build plate. The flexible plate reduces the risk of damage when removing a print.

An extra platform also helps with planning your work. You process a completed assignment on one platform. Then you can continue printing using another platform. This way, you don't have to squeeze removing components in between all the subsequent steps.
