Old for New arrangement

You can hand in old electronic devices to us when you buy a new, similar device. This is the old-for-new arrangement. It does not matter which brand it is. For example, when you buy a new Raspberry Pi because the old one is defective, you can hand in the old one to us so that we can process it correctly. This is of course not mandatory.
Products may be delivered to our location, but can also be sent. Please note that there are over 13,000 drop-off points in the Netherlands. It is better for the environment not to send it by post.

Do you want to return the product to us by mail? Please contact us via the form below! We will then provide a return label.
