The TVS (Transient Voltage Suppressor) protects against voltage spikes, lightning and static electricity. A resettable fuse and protection diodes ensure safe current and voltage regulation. This prevents overcurrent and overvoltage. Three status LEDs provide insight into the power and data status. So you can easily see whether the connection is working. This makes the converter ideal for industrial applications, home automation and serial communication projects.
