Description 8-Relay HAT For Raspberry Pi

This is the 8-Relay HAT for Raspberry Pi . This HAT is capable of stacking up to eight layers. Allowing your Raspberry Pi to manage up to 64 relays. Each relay can smoothly switch between 120VAC/4A and 24VDC/4A. Giving you full control over various loads. Thanks to the handy pluggable connectors, integration is easy. Even when you stack multiple HATs on top of each other. Managing the different relays is done without any hassle or complicated settings. Stay informed about the status of your relays with the clear LED indicators. The LEDs are conveniently grouped on one side of the HAT and clearly show whether the relays are switched on or off . An additional power LED lets you know that the HAT is operational. This HAT is designed with flexibility in mind and works seamlessly with all Raspberry Pi models . By cleverly using the I2C bus for all stacked HATs, only two GPIO pins are needed to control up to eight boards . This leaves 24 GPIO pins available for your own experiments and projects. Powering the Eight Relays 4A/120V HAT is easy. This HAT only requires 5V to turn on and can be powered via your Raspberry Pi or via the special 2-pin pluggable connector . While the HAT only draws 10mA in standby mode, each relay requires about 80mA to be activated . Increase your impact by stacking up to eight of these HATs on your Raspberry Pi . These HATs work seamlessly together thanks to special jumpers that indicate their position in the stack . The order in which they are stacked does not matter, the HATs adapt effortlessly. The board is equipped with a powerful protection in the form of a 5.8A, 39mOhm MOSFET. This protection interrupts the ground line if reverse current is detected.
